Skin in the game: Oil Pulling Day 4

Skin in the game: Oil Pulling Day 4

Curing “Eczema”

Iatrogenics – Inadvertent adverse effect resulting from medical treatment or advice.
Do you have Eczema? Or Steroid-Induced Eczema?
Are you aware that the usage of Topical Steroids can result in Steroid-Induced Eczema, or more commonly known as – Topical Steroid Addiction?

Day 4:

Caught a flu. Throat and nose feels moist and wet. Sorethroat probably coming?

Felt the symptoms before bed last night, after my bedtime oil pulling session. Had a miserable night trying to sleep with the irritation from the moist throat and runny nose.

Not sure if it is due to the oil pulling or if I had caught the bug from someone. There are some reports of people catching a flu during initial stages of oil pulling. This is relevant signal, or noise? Can’t put too much thought into it.

As usual, going to wait this out without the use of any medicine. Probably a healing crisis reaction that will improve my overall constitution, if it is indeed a healing crisis. If its not and I get worse (fever, uncontrolled symptoms), then I’ll see a doctor.

Till then, the experiment continues! 2 oil pulling sessions per day – first thing in the morning and right before bedtime! 2 oil pulling sessions per day – first thing in the morning and right before bedtime
