I am a member of ACR. Since my specialization in mediation focuses on Family I would like to join the family mediators section. However, I am unable to access your "join now". Can you tell me if you are having a problem with your system and how might I join Submitted By: AnneMarie Carey

I have been trying for several times over the past month to listen to April and May teleseminars, to no avail. The site tells me that an error has occurred and/or that the teleseminars are no longer available to listen to. I had no problem listening to the March topic on the power of apology about 6 or 8 weeks ago. What has changed? What am I doing wrong? Submitted By: Frances Hayward

The Family Mediation News newsletter for Spring 2008 does not load or print. The error message says it is not a PDF file. It would be a nice Christmas gift if someone could please fix and make this available. Submitted By: Terry Gemmill

I can't seem to log into the Family Section site. I know that we paid for membership and I know that our e mail address is correct. Perhaps our pass word needs to be updated or changed. I was just told that a new password could not be sent to me at this time. I am trying to get information on the next teleseminar. Thank you for your help. Submitted By: Jean George
