Personal/Professional Experience in Conflict Management I started a small practice in 2004 and am approaching the qualifications for Advanced Practitioner status in the ACR Family Section. I am within a few classes of completing a Master's Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. I am putting my many years of sales experience to work in the development of a contact management application for practitioners that will help them in the sales and marketing efforts of their work.

Personal/Professional Experience in Conflict Management Rick is a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, and trainer. Admitted to the practice of law in Ontario, Canada in 1976, he now restricts his professional practice to collaborative family law, family mediation, and family arbitration. Rick has an M.A. in Conflict Resolution, an LL.M. in ADR, and a Ph.D in Adult Education. He is certified as a specialist in family law by the Law Society of Upper Canada and as a comprehensive family mediator by Family Mediation Canada. Rick is also designated by the ADR Institute of Canada as a Chartered Mediator and a Chartered Arbitrator. He is an adjunct professor in negotiation and mediation in the dispute resolution programs of
York University and McMaster University and a family mediation, family arbitration, and collaborative family law and practice trainer. Rick is co-author with Judith Ryan and Victoria Smith of Collaborative Family Law: Another Way to Resolve Family Disputes, published by Thomson Carswell in 2003.

Personal/Professional Experience in Conflict Management Evan has been a domestic mediator in Kansas=s Tenth Judicial District since 1995, and serves as the supervisor for its clinical mediation programs. His mediating experience began informally as a chaplain, and later with the Wichita Neighborhood Justice Center. He has taught mediation courses at Johnson County Community College and Missouri Western State University, made numerous presentations and written articles on mediation, grief, anger, and other related topics. He is a past President of the Heartland Mediators Association and a member of the Standards/Ethics Sub-Committee of the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration=s Dispute Resolution Advisory Council. He holds masters degrees from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary and the University of Nebraska. As an Episcopal Priest, he has served parishes and institutions in Nebraska, Oregon, and Kansas.
